Gigi Hadid, 21, and Kendall Jenner, 20, ARE real models, according to former Victoria's Secret Angel Miranda Kerr.
The Aussie model came to the teen models' defense after American actress and former model Rebecca Romijn claimed they're “not true supermodels.”
Miranda told the NY Daily News at Monday's Met Gala, "That’s not very nice. They work hard just like everyone else."
At the time, Rebecca had told Entertainment Tonight that, “I know a lot of people — legitimate fashion people — can’t stand it. Hate it that these, you know, social media stars are now the supermodels in fashion. They’re not true supermodels,” adding that Vogue should set the bar higher.
Rebecca tried to redeem herself after seeing ET's headline by tweeting the girls saying, "Hey @kendalljenner @gigihadid don't believe the #clickbait. Never talked smack about you. Both amazing & beautiful," but it was too little too late.
Gigi's mama Yolanda Foster hit back at the 43-year-old with a tweet saying, "Kind, hard working and they accomplished more at half your age in the fashion industry."

And in another attempt to smooth things over, Rebecca tweeted Yolanda saying, "Woohoo! Twitter beef cherry popped! love you @YolandaHFoster @Andy."
