Children should be trained in martial arts: SP

After inaugurating the 3rd Students’ Olympic Championship of Telangana State, Superintendent of Police Vikram Jeet Duggal tested his skills in Taekwondo and Karate. Addressing the contestants here on Tuesday, Mr. Duggal underlined the importance of children being trained in Taekwondo and Karate not only to win medals and but to protect themselves. He said learning Karate would certainly help girl students in protecting themselves from troublemakers. Over 200 contestants from 10 Telangana districts took part.
