- Cardioke, which comprises doing cardio while singing loudly (cardio + karaoke), is another unusual fitness trend that is finding a lot of takers.

- The FitWet bike is a combination of a hot tub attached with an exercise bike. While your torso remains above the water level, your butt and legs are submerged as you pedal away. The underwater workout is said to do wonders for your legs.
