Mogale drafts IDP and budget

Residents can take a look at these documents until 13 May.

Mogale City Local Municipality has notified residents that it has approved the revised Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan and drafted the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Annual Budget.

The IDP is a method to plan future development in the areas that are governed by Mogale City.

According to the Education and Training Unit (ETU) the IDP involves the entire municipality and its citizens in finding the best solutions to achieve good long-term development.

The IDP covers, among other, ward planning, community outreach programs and an environmental analysis.

Copies of all three the documents are available for public inspection until 13 May. You can grab your own copy at all Mogale City public libraries or on the municipality’s website www.mogalecity.gov.za.
