Setting up the pose

1. Place a block or two blankets stacked and take a seat in front of the prop(s).
2. Place a rolled towel, blanket, or a block on the highest level under the head at the base of the skull.
3. Stack a bolster or two blankets under the knees to support the lower back.
4. Recline over the props.
5. Relax in the posture for five to ten minutes, focusing on the breath.
6. Inhale for six counts; exhale for six counts.
