2-way passenger, one-way heavy traffic on Kashmir highway

Srinagar, May 3 (UNI) Only one-way heavy traffic will be allowed on the highway, linking the Kashmir valley with the rest of the country keeping in view the condition of the road.
However, passenger vehicles will ply from both sides subject to fair weather and condition of road, a traffic police official told UNI.
Hundreds of heavy vehicles, including those carrying essentials, and oil tankers left Jammu this morning for the Kashmir valley. Besides, passenger vehicles also left different parts of the winter capital for Srinagar, he added.
