Kranti wants to be PeeCee

Actress Kranti Redkar has turned into an identity thief for her upcoming movie 'Kiran Kulkarni Vs Kiran Kulkarni'.
When asked about whose identity she would like to steal in real life, she replied, “I would love to steal the identity of Priyanka Chopra.”
Kranti is in awe of Piggy Chops' success in Bollywood as well Hollywood. “She is really doing well for herself and I am really happy for her. What she has achieved as an Indian actress is impressive therefore, given a choice, I would like to be her,” says Kranti.

However, in reality Kranti feels that cyber crime and identity theft are scary issues.“I have experienced these kinds of issues. Someone quoted me when I was not even present at the event and then the whole onus fell onto me. It was really troublesome,” she shares.

Talking about the film, which also features Subodh Bhave and Mohan Joshi, she adds, “It’s great that a film has been done on cyber crime. My character in the film has lot of shades. It was not an easy role to play. You hate my character, you love her, she makes you laugh and within no time she makes you cry as well. The character is irritating at times, and sometimes you feel sympathetic to her. The role was truly demanding.”
