Art exhibition Antipodean Palettes is returning for its sixth consecutive year, and organisers are calling for entries.

Run under the guidance of the Greek Australian Cultural League, the submission date has been extended from April to May, with the anticipated even set to take place in August.

The exhibition is open to all ages, though young up and coming artists are particularly encouraged to take part.

Held annually at Steps Gallery in Carlton, Antipodean Palette has become an important forum to present and discuss works influenced by the coexistence of two cultures and is ultimately a celebration of the diversity of works by artists within the Greek Australian community.

Opening night is scheduled to take place on Τuesday 16 August at 6.30pm.

Artists are invited to submit their entries online anytime between now and the end of May, 2016.
