Tauchi established: Organisation to facilitate Dawar tribe

PESHAWAR: Government officers from Dawar tribe established Tauchi, an organisation to facilitate tribespeople affected by the military operation and terrorism in North Waziristan. The body was named after a river in the region. The members held a meeting in Peshawar on Sunday to discuss the impact of Operation Zarb-e-Azb on the Dawar tribe. The newly-elected members were chief executive Sharifullah, senior vice president Hakim Khan, secretary finance Mahmood Jan Dawar, secretary Tahir Khan, coordinator Dr Ziaullah and patron Dr Afzal Qadir.
