LPG, ATF, kerosene prices hiked

New Delhi, May 1 (UNI) Citing global trends, the rates for cooking gas and kerosene in non-subsidised category were hiked today. The raising of rates came a day after prices of petrol and diesel were hiked by Rs. 1.06 a litre to Rs. 62.19 per litre and Rs. 2.94 to Rs. 50.95 a litre respectively. According to the largest oil marketing company, Indian Oil Corporation, consumers of non-subsidised LPG will now have to pay Rs. 527.50 in Delhi as against Rs. 509.50 previously. , Kerosene under the non- subsidised public distribution system (PDS) will cost Rs. 49.1 a litre in Delhi. as against Rs. 46,172.13 per kl previously. Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF), or jet fuel, price was raised by 1.5 per cent, which will now cost Rs. 42,784.01 per kl in Delhi. UNI MK RP1910

New Delhi, April 23 (UNI) A Special Court in Delhi on Tuesday extended judicial custody of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader K Kavitha till May 7 in the Delhi Excise Policy case.
They were arrested by the Enforcement Directorate under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
