Molest cry by Class 3 girls in top Kolkata school

Kolkata: A prominent south Kolkata school is investigating a complaint from parents that three Class 3 girls were molested in a store on campus on Friday afternoon. Neither the school nor the parents have gone to the police yet, but news of the incident has spread like wildfire on WhatsApp forums.
Outsiders have access to the store that sells packaged food and stationeries although it is within the school walls.According to the complaint mailed by parents, the three girls had gone there during a short break when an unidentified man "pressed their cheeks and forearms so hard that it hurt". The girls were scared and told their class teacher, who rushed to the store to nab the suspect but found no one there.
The two women who run the store insist they did not see anything amiss and that no stranger had come on Friday. Now, the school is leafing through the store receipts to identify parents and see if they can get additional information to track down the mysterious stranger.
Based on the internal probe, the school will decide whether to lodge an FIR, say sources.
The school authorities learnt of the alleged incident when the class teacher raised the alarm but it was not until parents emailed in the evening that they started the internal probe.
