Kapil Sharma laughs his way to audience’s hearts

Last weekend, all eyes were glued to television screens for the grand premiere of the much-awaited The Kapil Sharma Show on Sony Entertainment Television. Kapil and his squad — Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar, Kiku Sharda, Sumona Chakraborthy and Chandan Prabhakar —left no stone unturned as they ensured the audience was in splits with their hilarious gags. The cast was showered with numerous wishes for the launch from their friends from Bollywood, sports and television.Varun Dhawan, Vijender Singh, Gauahar Khan, Geeta Basra, Sanjeev Kapoor amongst others came out in support of the TV’s king of comedy.

Tonight too, the show will see cricketer Wasim Akram making an appearance with his wife Shaniera for the first time on television. In their true style, the team will be seen welcoming these guests while they poke fun at each other. Viewers will get to see the former cricketer’s romantic side as he goes down on his knees for his wife. Wasim and Siddhu will also share some locker room secrets of their fellow team members as they get nostalgic about cricket.
The Kapil Sharma Show airs on Saturday and Sunday at 9 pm on Sony Entertainment Television.
