Hegarty’s will offer antique furniture in Bandon, Dolan’s have an art sale in Rosslare, and Matthews will conduct a house contents sale at Clonskeagh in Dublin. All sales take place tomorrow and are now on view.
The entire contents of Kilcolman Rectory at Enniskeane come under the hammer at Hegarty’s sale, which starts in Bandon at 3pm.
There is antique furniture including an Irish rosewood centre table (€1,000-€2,000), a collector’s cabinet (€3,000-€6,000), a pair of kingwood ormolu mounted chests (€2,500-€3,500), an inlaid over mantle (€800-€1,200), a partner’s desk (€4,000-€6,000), a French four door glazed bookcase (€2,000-€4,000) and a cast-iron garden seat (€1,000-€2,000). The sale offers furniture, garden furniture, art and jewellery.
Dolan’s sale at Kelly’s Hotel in Rosslare at 2 pm tomorrow features 300 lots of mostly art and a small selection of furniture, silver and collectibles.
The large selection of art includes work by popular Irish artists like Kenneth Webb, Markey Robinson, Mark O’Neill, Robert Ballagh, John Kingerlee, Graham Knuttel, Norah McGuinness and Brian Ballard.
More than 650 lots will come under the hammer at a house sale in Clonskeagh, Dublin, tomorrow.
Antique furniture, jewellery, silver and rugs from the home of the Cafolla family and other clients will be offered by Matthews of Oldcastle at an on-premises house contents auction at Princeton, Ardilea, Dublin 14.
