The second phase of Delhi's odd-even scheme ended on Saturday evening with CM Arvind Kejriwal calling it a success. This phase saw a "rise" of nearly 23 per cent in pollution levels compared to the first 15 days of April when the scheme was not in force, a study claims. Even on the last day, the levels of particulate matter rose, especially in south Delhi.
Only in East Delhi did the level witness a dip.
