Fans will also be given the opportunity to stream the red carpet live online on April 30, as Disney previously announced via Digital Trends that the RDMA red carpet will be available in a state-of-the-art, 360-degree virtual reality feature through the Radio Disney YouTube channel and official website.

Who’s performing?
A number of huge names are currently scheduled to perform at the 2016 RDMAs, including Ariana Grande, DNCA, Flo Rida, Hailee Steinfeld, Kelsea Ballerini, Laura Marano, Sabrina Carpenter, Zara Larsson, and Sofia Carson.

Who will win?
While we’ll have to wait until the RDMAs air on the Disney Channel on May 1 to find out who’s taking home the big awards, it was previously announced that The Voice coach Gwen Stefani will definitely be walking home a big winner on the night with a very special award.

Radio Disney revealed earlier this month that Stefani will be honored with the “Hero” award at the big ceremony on April 30, which will be presented to Gwen “in recognition of the positive impact she has on fans, inspiring them to do good” according to Billboard.

Taylor Swift also has a good chance of taking home a few Radio Disney Music Awards this year, as Billboard also reported that the “Shake It Off” singer leads this year’s pack of nominees with six nominations. Justin Bieber is just behind Swift with five nominations, while One Direction are nominated for four.
