Tubes travels to Madrid to meet Pepe and get the lowdown on the La Liga title race and what life is like under Zidane

Soccer AM's Tubes sat down with Real Madrid defender Pepe to discuss life in Spain, working under Zinedine Zidane and his heroes.

The Portugal international has made more than 200 appearances for Real after joining from Porto in 2007.

This season he is aiming for silverware on two fronts as Real are in the semi-finals of the Champions League and also competing for the La Liga title.

He talked to Tubes about the objectives for the rest of the season and what it is like to work under Zidane.

"He is a coach who works very hard. He's very disciplined and is very clear about his ideas in terms of what he wants and what we need to do on the pitch," says the defender.

"I think he could be the coach here at Real Madrid for many years. He loves football, he lives for it, he has outstanding football knowledge and has a bright managerial future ahead of him. I think he will definitely be one of the best managers in the world."
