Nerul swimmer crosses another African sea route
Navi Mumbai:Nerul girl Saee Sukale (13) crossed yet another sea route from Robben Island to Blouberg along South African coast on Thursday.
She completed the distance of 7.4km in 2 hours and 51 minutes.
Her parents, who accompanied her for the month-long trip, said that she completed the challenge, swimming in water with a temperature of 16 degree celsius.

“These routes are not known to Indian swimmers who prefer to explore the European and American seas,” said her father Sameer.
Earlier she swam from Kraalbaai to Langebaan, a distance of 8km, along with some veteran swimmers, clocking 2 hours and 25 minutes.
“I get motivated when I cross new routes. I will attempt around 5 routes in the coming days,” said Sukale, a student of Ryan International School of Nerul.
