For Salman, Sooraj, Shaheen and Sayesha, history repeats itself!

To say that coincidences are a part of our lives and the world is small may sound clich' but that's because so is the case, most often. Actor Salman Khan and director Sooraj Barjatya would agree.

According to reports, Shaheen Banu, who made her debut with 'Maha Sangram' in 1990, initially auditioned for the lead role in 'Maine Pyaar Kiya' but couldn't make it. Some 26-years later, in 2014, when Barjatya was auditioning for Sonam's part in 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo', Shaheen's 19-year-old daughter, Sayesha wanted to test for the part.While Shaheen was cautioned not to accompany Sayesha in order to avoid any prior judgments, she didn't pay heed and went ahead. As fate would have it, Sayesha wasn't selected for the part, probably owing to the fact that her mother too had auditioned to romance Salman. Shaheen, however, denies both the incidents.
Sayesha will soon be seen opposite Ajay Devgn in her debut film, 'Shivaay'.
