115 students get placement

A total of 115 students were placed in top companies in two recruitment drives conducted in Chittoor district on Thursday.100 students were placed in firms like HCL, Tata BSS, Aliens Infrastructure, Eecigate, AGS Health, Yash Technologies and Nett Connect Global at the drive conducted in the Vemu Institute of Technology, P. Kothakota, according to the chairman K. Chandrasekhar Naidu. Placement Officer N.V. Surendra Babu announced to conduct Placement Fest-II in July.

Meanwhile, 15 B.Tech (Mechanical) final year students of Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science (MITS) secured placement at the recruitment drive conducted by Bengaluru-based Rise and Shine Private Limited on Thursday, with a salary package of Rs.4.56 lakh per annum. Principal C. Yuvaraj said that the drive had taken the number of students placed in various companies to 400.
