MANSAS endowment scholarships were disbursed to 18 toppers in model AUCET, which was conducted at 10 centres by Maharajah’s Postgraduate College in January this year.
A large number of students took the test for admission into the postgraduate courses -- chemistry, physics, mathematics, life sciences, MA and M.Com, said correspondent of MANSAS educational institutions D.R.K. Raju.
The scholarships were being disbursed every year to the first three top rankers in model AUCET from last year, he said. College director S. Sanyasi Raju said that the model AUCET was being conducted to instil confidence in the students appearing for the AUCET.
M.R. Pharmacy College Principal P. Uday Sankar was present. Prior to presenting the scholarships, they garlanded the portraits of P.V.G. Raju and P. Anand Gajapathi Raju.
