'Piya Rangrezz' to end on May 26

TV show 'Piya Rangrezz', starring Gaurav S Bajaj, Narayani Shastri, Sreejita De and Kanwar Dhillon, will wrap up on May 26. The show, which generated good ratings in the beginning, started dwindling since it took the generation leap. Says a source, “We have been informed officially that the channel has decided to pull the plug on the show because of its dipping ratings. It seems abrupt as the team had chalked out the story till July.”

Gaurav, who plays the male lead in the show, confirms, “We were shocked to learn about the decision as we were hoping it to last till December.However, as they say, all good things have to come to an end and I am glad I have been a part of it. I have grown as an actor with this show.”
