ACB raids on DTC residence, unearth Rs.2.50 cr assets

Kakinada Apr 28 (UNI): The sleuths of Andhra Pradesh Anti Corruption Bureau(ACB) today conducted surprise raids on the residential premises and also the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Transport department A. Mohan in the city and unearthed Rs.2.50 crore worth of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
A special team from Hyderabad headed by Ramadevi DSP and local team led by Venkateswerarao DSP Rajahmundry have conducted the raids, following complaints received against him from various quarters.
ACB sources said simultaneous raids were also being conducted on his relatives houses in Hyderabad, Ananthapur, Prodduturu, Kadapa ,Nellore and Bellary in Karnataka .
