New Angry Birds Action game is here with Kurkure ‘BirdCodes’

NEW DELHI: Head to Play Store asap as Rovio is back with a brand new Angry Birds version called Angry Birds Action! (with an exclamation mark). For the first time, users can unlock new game content by scanning special BirdCodes which can be found in Kurkure packs.
In the version, Angry Birds are not required to be launched from the slingshot. Instead, the game has taken inspiration from the typical pinball arcade game and the birds need to be pulled as they dash through obstacles to save their eggs.The game is available for free on both iOS and Android.

Along the way, players unlock exclusive additional content by watching the upcoming ‘The Angry Birds’ movie or play augmented-reality mini-games and earn new rewards by scanning special BirdCodes located out in the real world.

According to Rovio, more than 1 billion BirdCodes have been prepared and printed around the world, and can be found on innovative consumer products created by Rovio’s global partners such as The LEGO Group and H&M, or on display in physical retail environments such as Walmart in the US. . In India, more than 100 million bird codes have been generated which will be distributed through multiple partners, the leading partner being Kurkure from the House of Pepsico.
When scanned with Angry Birds Action! BirdCodes unlock additional power-ups and digital content.
