Actress Sonakshi Sinha said her action thriller Akira will be releasing in India on September 23.
The Dabangg actress took to Twitter, where she mentioned that she is “super thrilled” to announce the news.
“Guys super thrilled to announce A. R. Murugadoss is back after Ghajini and Holiday. My action thriller Akira releasing on 23rd September,” she posted.
Akira will be Sinha’s second film with Murugadoss after Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty. She will be seen performing martial arts in it.
The film also features her father, actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha.
The 28-year-old will also be seen performing some action in another film — Force 2 starring John Abraham and Tahir Raj Bhasin.
The film is directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah.
