Akshay Kumar to felicitate a young girl

Actor Akshay Kumar is all set to felicitate Shreya Naik, a 19-year-old girl from Andheri who had apparently beat up a man who tried to molest her. It is reported that Naik is trained in martial arts and she learnt the same at a martial arts academy which is run by Akshay and Aditya Thackeray. It is reported that women in this academy are trained for free.

According to sources, Akshay met with his team members and finalised the details of the felicitation ceremony which is slated to happen soon.The actor feels that by commemorating the young girls, other women in the city will also start raising their voice against those who try to physically or mentally abuse them. However, the exact date of the event is still not known.
