JAMMU, Apr 27: Today final Match of Hockey Tournament-2016 at Boys High School Simbal Camp Miran Sahib Jammu was held which was organised by the J&K Police under Civic Action Programme (CAP).
The final match was won by Maharaja Ranjeet Singh Hockey Club and the runners-up team was.
Maharaja Ranjeet Singh Hockey Club emerged winner via tie-breaker by 5-4 goals.
Gurkrit Singh of Situ Hockey Club was declared as the player of the match and the player of the tournament was given to Ramandeep Singh of Situ Hockey Club.
DIG Ashkoor Ahmed Wani was the chief guest where as SSP Jammu Dr. Sunil Gupta, SP HqrsRomesh Kotwal &and SHO RS Pura Harish Dayama were the guest of honours. Other present on the occasion were SDPO R.S Pura Harjeet Singh, SHO Miran sahib Hilal Azhar and Dr. Karan Bhagat, Principal Police Public School Sh. Sanjeev Pardhan, Rtd. Captain Manjeet Singh, Sarpanch Ravinder Singh, Sarpanch Rajinder Singh, Sarpanch Raja Singh, Sarpanch Pawan Raina, R.K Sharma Social Activist, Satpaul Singh, Manjeet Singh, Hardev Singh, Rehmat Ali, Amarjeet Singh, Parmeet Singh, Santokh Singh Cheema, Gurmeet Singh JE.
Match referees were Amarjeet Singh, Manjeet Singh, Gurmeet Singh, Daljeet Singh and Gurjeet SinghM while Charanjeet Singh was the technical officer.
