    • Who ?

Wait he was Bemba – my goodness must be African juju for me.

This is horrible, they want to reduce our numbers as a dominant tribe.

My condolences to the family and all Bemba speaking people.

We have lost a giant against men.

6 days national mourning for me.

      Thanks

    • my condolences to my friend @Nostradamus, this was from Liverpool luapula,,am heart broken, just packing up my sleeping bag and head for the funeral house,,,, will be by the fire

    • @Ndobo, please send money to us. He was our bread winner.
This is worse than Sata’s day of departure. For uncle I expected it, but uyu mu fyala wandi ifyo afwa….. What a week.

    • #Kudot what of bano.ko because she is just a waist of space, why the hell can a normal woman give birth to human being of your thinking.#bano.komustdepart

    • Your hatred for your next president HH will take you to your early grave. Watch this space. I shall see to it.

    • Mr Mushota and Mr Kudos do not have human minds. For you folks there is no such thing as time of bereavement. People are grieving over the loss of one great Zambian regardless of the language he spoke, yet in your minds, Bemba hegemony and supremacy and HH are the only things your seared consciences can fathom. The effects of brainwashing are too devastating on a human mind.

  1. Chriticles is young brother to Dr. Pardon Mwansa, former VP at SDA General Conference. Like HH , Chriticles was a devout SDA Christian and water baptized . He served with distinction at ZRA and Brussels.

On behalf of HH, SDA family, ZRA colleagues and loyal tax payers we say go well fellow taxman.

You spirit of death, we curse you.

    • Sad as it may be lets learn to live each day with gratitude and uprightness for no one is promised tomorrow!

  2. Very sad. Will be fondly remembered when we met on numerous occasions in Brussels in the mid 90s, and visited each others homes. Nice guy and nice family. sincere condolences to the family. MHSRIP.

  3. Sad moment for all of us who interacted with him in any small way. Life also. he briefly served as unzasu president

  4. Mwata! Awe mwata! Oh no! I am so sad. Time is fleeting indeed and Mutomboko will not see you this year! Rest in eternal peace my dear friend. Rest in Peace. Oh my God!

  5. Physiological mechanism of death. Incident leading to shock, unconsciousness, asphyxia then cardiac arrest.if there was a first aider nearby, he would have been saved by the grace of God.even a sudden myocardial infaction can be saved if the victim was not chronically ill

    • My dear no matter what happens when your time to go and meet your maker comes, nothing can save you. Even chocking with water can kill you when it is time for you to go. Sad indeed for the loss of a son of the soil.

  6. Hmm something is fishy, barely two weeks ago Chishimba also from Luapula died in similar circumstances. I wish my relatives can use their scientific knowledge to better their lives than sending lightening to kill people

  7. LT, Free Town is the capital city of Sierra Leone, Monrovia that of Liberia.
From the last paragraph of the report, I suppose he died in Sierra Leone. Just to educate our colleagues at UPND who may have to wait for a statement from Commentator to clarify the error for them, but that is if HH learnt his geography lessons well as most of the time he comes across as functionally illiterate on many subjects including his very own field of economics.

    Anyway, MHSRIEP

    • @ Terrible,
How old are you? How does HH and UPND, or any political party for that matter, come into this? Learn to draw a line when to stop political clowning around, and behave maturely. A fellow Zambian has died and you think its fun and and opportunity to crack eccentric jokes?

  8. Sad loss for the Nation. May his soul find peace
Ba LT, how about a bit more Bio eg age, schools attended, surviving family etc.

And Mushota, you trivialise a man’s death with your dirty mouth. You made me puke with your comments. Get a life.

  9. Another loss to the nation, like ba shikulu Ba Lewish Changufu,A great leader, a former Induna to Chief Mwata kazembe!! Its that time of a generation that begins to whither away.
Dr Mwansa got annoyed with me for by passing to clear my vehicle after several appeals through his dept. Directives came then Chief of ZRA to assist my clearance issues. End of the day Ba Chricticles did take me serious without fear or favor and ordered Chirundu Border to clear my goods as a returning resident. The man new the Tax revenue system through and through improving ZRA’s bad demonic image that was perceived!!.

RIP ba Kulu batu…your ever smiling face will be missed

  10. MHSRIP…another hastily submitted article exhibiting lazy Zambian journalism; how old was he? how many children has he left behind? And Freetown is in Sierra Leone not Liberia …Its no surprise that the Customs authority in that country are much more organised with such experience fox advising…in Zambia we misplace our professionals in useless civil service roles as PS for Science and Technology.

  11. what a bad news!!Twalusa impalume ya calo.He was always happy and a person u would enjoy to be around with.He make jokes iwe it’s bad.We have lost a young technocrat in Zambia.May God heal the family.Sudden death is not good.Pipo get confused always coz can’t believe it

  12. ‘Where the tree falls there it shall lay until judgment set its course’ this is according to Isaiah. Remember God when we are living for the breath you have now might be the last by the day end. As Zambians we mourn You Mr. Mwansa.God gave you to us and he has taken you at his appointed time. Lets reflect on our lives always.

  13. Mushota why cant you be serious for once. Get lost.

condolences to criticles, I remember our UNZA viva days and, especially over the Kaunda 1990 demonstrations that brought country wide food riots.

we used to go to parliament during demos, but this time we went into kalingalinga and within an hour Lusaka was on fire. I remember being chased by police in garden, wool, that was something.

today we have demoracy in Zambia. we owe it to the likes of criticles, and many other people, collectively, to where we stand today.

    rest in peace Mwansa

  14. Mushota chinyo chobe! Chriticles was Lunda from Mwata Kazembe, but hey death does not choose tribe chinyo chobe!

Farewell Chriticles, Zambia will miss you greatly, go well.

  15. It should also be acknowledged that he also served as a Director of Tariffs and Trade at World Customs Organization in Brussels . He was a solid doctor

  16. Condolonces, What a great loss to both Lunda Kazembe and the Family. Its sad I will never see him at this year’s Mutomboko

  17. A gentleman par excellence. What a terrible loss! Sincere condolences to his family. May His Soul Rest In Peace.

  18. A good heart has stopped beating, a good soul ascended to heaven. We part with our beloved compatriot in pain. My condolences to the family.

  19. Freetown is in Sierra Leone and NOT LIBERIA. Freetown is the capital city of Sierra Leone.
Very bad reporting. Refer to your Geography studies please, or just goggle. shame on you.

  20. Correction: It’s Freetown the capital city of Sierra leone and not Liberia. He died in Sierra Leone.
