Yoga is an ancient scientific practice and the word YOG has always featured in epics, Vedas, Upnishads and Geeta, The Almighty’s word himself. This is a major philosophy among other Indian philosophies. Yogshastra is an ancient science of India dating back to 2000 years BC.

When the Great Scholar Maharishi Patanjali narrated it, from work to self realization and up to ‘Samadhi’ (final stage of yog) has been stated in our epics and holy books. Great scholar of yog Maharishi Patanjali defined this to keep a check on your internal thoughts and to control the physical greed and forecast of the sub conscious. The moment when five types of consciousness rhythmically match with the soul is called complete yog. The moment when upper consciousness matches with the inner consciousness (soul), it is known as yog.

Maharishi Vyas define it as ‘Samadhi’ (the final stage of meditation). In short we can say that to join our conscious with the great almighty in a prosper & controlled manner and to feel extreme joy of her holiness through Samadhi is known as yog.

According to ancient scholars yog is mixing of human consciousness with inner consciousness. This stage connects us to the Almighty. Having Indian philosophical books & literature, ancient scholars to saints of modern era believe Geeta to be the most acceptable philosophical teaching worldwide. As this is the word of Lord Krishna himself and yog has been on incline in its proper sense and depth. Lord Krishna explained in several branches and situations of yog.

ANUKULTA – favorable stage

PRATIKULTA – adverse stage

SIDHI – ASIDHI – success or failure

JAY – PARAJAY – winning or loosing

It all directs to in every circumstance keeping yourself established and stable is known as yog. Without involving yourself and completing your duties as an ordinance is known as yoga.

Besides this, according to Dattatroy yogshastra and yograj upnishad mantrayog (yog with chanting) Lai yog (yog with rhythm) Hathyog(yog against naturall habbits of your body) Rajyog (yog even afer involving with luxuries) are four types of branches as well, according to yogtatva upnishad.

RAJ YOG:-

Raj Yog word is brought from RAJDIPTO. Raj is indication of brightness, enlightening and yog means feelings or interaction. Either can be described as an enlightened Samadhi or brightness of the soul.

According to Geeta, there is a proper description of Dhyan yog, Sankhya yog and Karma yog. In 5th chapter, sanyas yog and karam yog is described as the best path. On the other hand – Maharishi Patanjali describes Ashang Yog(All eight stages of yog) in proper manner when we analyze all the descriptions about yog we observe that all kind of spiritual thoughts and practices are centralized as yog.

Yog clearly means to develop your senses, your inner consciousness in order to connect with the spiritual powers of your soul, blessed with the light of The Great Almighty.

Our ancient scholars developed this practice by scientifically method. Ashang Yog can awake our conscious. Through yoga, our dead particles can reconstruct and can maintain our blood circulation and develop a new energy in the body and the soul.

Through yoga one can control his/her conscious. All the exercises motivate us towards the path of inner enlightenment and path towards high spiritual powers to achieve final destination, where the creature becomes the part of the creator. The final word of universe Anhad can be achieved through yoga only.
