Mombasa MCAs on Tuesday dismissed claims they approved the Sh1.25 billion buyout of the controversial Waitiki Farm to benefit from it. Two MPs are said to own plots on the 930-acre farm.
Majority leader Abdalla Kasagamba said there is a scheme by Governor Hassan Joho’s opponents to stop the squatters from getting the land.
