Activists of the Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad stormed Narayana Junior College at Gayatri Estates in Kurnool town and ransacked the furniture and broke the glass window panes in the office room on Tuesday, resenting conduct of classes during summer vacation.

The college officials complained to the police. On learning about conduct of classes, Y. Parameswara Reddy, Regional Inspection Officer of Board of Intermediate Education, visited the college and warned that the college would be sealed if they conducted classes during the vacations.

The RIO personally sent away about 150 students who were attending classes in several rooms.

Police officials visited the college and inspected the damage.
