29-yr-old habitual offender arrested

Mangaluru: Mangaluru City police have arrested habitual offender Altaf, 29, under the Goonda Act. The resident of Dharmanagar in Ullal under Ullal police station limits was sent to Kalaburagi central prison.
Mangaluru City police chief M Chandra Sekhar said there are five cases against Altaf. The action to book Altaf under the act was taken based on reports submitted by inspector, Ullal police station, assistant commissioner of police , Mangaluru south sub-division and deputy commissioner of police (law and order).tnn
