Michael Shannon loved his costume in 'Elvis & Nixon'. Actor Michael Shannon who is starring in a satirical comedy 'Elvis & Nixon' , said that he enjoyed dressing up as Elvis Presley in the film.
He told Hollywood reporter as quoted by IndianExpress.com that his costume helped him get into character. He said, "I loved my costume: the wig, the belts were incredible. Just showing up to work every day and transforming."

Talking about his first scene, he said, "The first scene was in the Oval Office ' we started with the climax of the movie because of Kevin's (Kevin Spacey) schedule.But once I crossed that threshold, I had a pretty good time.'
The film is directed by Liza Johnson, and Kevin Spacey is playing the role of Richard Nixon. The movie is a fictional story of real-life meeting of both men at The White House in 1970.
