Paytm backed logistics data analytic firm LogiNext has acqui-hired Mumbai based last mile delivery startup YourGuy for $1.5 million. LogiNext has made this acquisition for its own last mile delivery platform Sprintr, which was launched in December last year. The founders of YourGuy along with the entire team will be joining Sprintr. YourGuy's clientele includes the likes of Godrej Nature's Basket, Tata, pharmacy chain Wellness Forever, and Suburban Diagnostics, who will now transfer to Sprintr. YourGuy also delivers meal boxes, important documents, clothes, etc between 6 am and midnight. It allows users to track their parcels through Google Map and pay in cash. Sprintr aggregates delivery service providers from across the country, including individuals who can sign up as a delivery person through the app. The Mountain View, California headquartered company claims to be processing over 50,000 daily shipments. LogiNext was founded by Dhruvil Sanghvi and Manisha Raisinghani in 2014. It allows logistics and supply chain companies to track shipments, vehicles, assets and delivery personnel real time on a map. It also offers this tracking and analytic for e-commerce, courier, parcel, retail and grocery companies. Paytm funding LogiNext had raised $10 million in Series A round of funding from Paytm, in September last year. The company planned to use the funds for expansion in Southeast Asia. They had earlier raised seed funding of $500,000 from Indian Angel Network led by Sanjay Mehta and Ajit Surana. Also Read: #Outlook16: How Indian hyperlocal & food delivery companies view 2016
