ALBUQUERQUE 6, LAS VEGAS 5: Paul Sewald surrendered a leadoff triple in the top of the ninth. Stephen Cardullo then delivered a tiebreaking single. Las Vegas had pulled even with a three-run eighth that included an RBI double by T.J. Rivera. Rivera finished 3-for-4 with two RBIs in the loss. Rafael Montero allowed two runs on six hits and two walks and struck out four in four innings in his return to the Triple-A rotation. Montero had been demoted once Jacob deGrom rejoined the Mets this weekend from family leave. Box

BINGHAMTON 6, ERIE 2: The B-Mets snapped a six-game losing streak as Derrik Gibson went 3-for-5 with two RBIs and a run scored and Niuman Romero went 3-for-5 with two doubles and an RBI. Gibson singled to open the first. He stole second and later scored on Romero's double for a 1-0 lead. Victor Cruzado kept it going in the second by mashing a leadoff homer -- his first long ball as a B-Met. L.J. Mazzilli then walked, stole second and scored on Gibson's single. With runners at on the corners in the third, Dean Green singled against B-Mets knuckleballer Mickey Jannis to plate Gustavo Nunez. In the fifth, Gibson's single drove in Cruzado and Mazzilli scored on De La Cruz's sacrifice fly for a four-run cushion. B-Mets relievers Mike Hepple, David Roseboom and Akeel Morris combined for 4 2/3 scoreless innings. Jannis allowed two runs on four hits and five walks in 4 1/3 innings. Phillip Evans recorded his first Double-A hit with a fifth-inning single. Box

ST. LUCIE 5, BRADENTON 1: Casey Delgado baffled Bradenton over 7 2/3 innings, allowing one run on four hits and one walk. He struck out six. Delgado retired nine straight until Tomas Morales opened the eighth with a double. Morales scored on a sacrifice fly for the lone blemish on Delgado’s day. Delgado improved to 3-0 with a 1.71 ERA in three starts. The former independent baller entered the season as the sixth man in the rotation. The Mets scored all the runs they needed in the fourth. Kevin Taylor blasted a solo homer against Colten Brewer. Later in the inning, Jhoan Urena drilled a two-run triple. Urena tried to score on the play and appeared to be out at the plate, but the catcher Morales dropped the ball after tagging Urena on the chest and was charged with an error. Urena’s run opened a 4-0 lead. John Mora capped St. Lucie's scoring with a bases-loaded infield single in the fifth. Corey Taylor retired four straight batters to end the game in a non-save situation. Wuilmer Beccera and Lednier Ricardo each had two hits. Box
