Biba is synonymous with ethnic wear. The brand has taken its experiments in design a step further by  introducing a range of denim  and long dresses, tops and colourful palazzos. The brand has also blended traditional and modern styles in the new line.

A silhouette extravaganza

Biba is known for its innovative designs, fit, silhouettes and varied colour palette.

The new range of denims and monotones have added a new dimension and given a new interpretation to Indian wear.

The latest line is also proof of how well one can blend traditional styles with the modern.

“Monotones consists of high-quality fabric which give a soft feel to the skin, making it a perfect choice for summer. With all these elements, this contemporary range is indeed a silhouette extravaganza for the new-age women,” point out the design team.
Denim has been used both in traditional wear and the western collection.

“The collection is inspired by the look and feel of denim which is an essential part of every modern woman’s wardrobe. The range has a variety of cuts and patterns to choose from, such as, classic straight cut, experimental high and low cuts, modern asymmetric cut and different hemlines. One can also choose from the knitted, jacquard and dobby printed options as well,” explains the design team.

The brand stocks pretty much everything a modern working woman needs: traditional wear and modern options as well.

“The brand also allows the customer to mix and match and create one’s own style statement with the addition of the denims and Monotone ranges,” adds the design team.

While Biba’s traditional wear may require accessories, its modern counterpart gives one the freedom to play around the stoles, bags and footwear to give the garment an altogether different look.

“The clothes say it all and one really doesn’t have to bother about accessorising too much unless one is particular about adding on,” suggest the design team.
