POKHARA: Indian ambassador to Nepal Ranjit Rae today said India always wanted development and prosperity in Nepal.

Speaking at Pokhara Airport on Sunday, Rae underscored the need for political stability in the country.

He also blamed internal problems in Nepal for the blockade at Nepal-India border points. He expressed commitment that India would extend continuous support to Nepal’s development.

Envoy Rae visited Galeshwor, Tatopani, Myagdi Shikh, Ghorepani, Punhill, Tadapani of Myagdi and Ghandruk, Kimch and Birethanti of Kaski.
