Ashok Kaka's murders were teenage boys

CHANDIGARH: Ashok Kaka, a close aide of Haryana's ex-CM Bhupinder Hooda was shot dead by three teenage boys, including a 15-year-old who worked for a moneylender and property dealer of Rohtak.
Two boys namely Sandeep Kumar (19) and Rohit Morwal (19), both residents of Rohtak Sandeep and Rohit and the third boy who is minor work for one Sunil Kumar a property dealer whose partner had bought a Ashok Kaka's disputed property from his first cousins Manoj Soni and Sanjay Soni who have their business in Rewari.
Sandeep Rohit Manoj and Sanjay have been arrested and police is on the look out for the minor boy and the property dealer, said IG Rohtak range Sanjay Kumar on Sunday.
Friday morning, Ashok Kaka was bruthally shot dead by three youth while he was strolling in double park of Rohtak. Kaka suffered three bullet injuries. The traders bodies as well as Ex CM Hooda had given 72 hour notice to police to crack the case while threatening to call for Haryana Bandh.
Attributing the success of solving the case to SIT headed by DSP (Headquarters) Vijender Singh and his team, IG Rohtak ranger Sanjay Kumar said "besides CCTV footage of the spot and surrounding places, technical investigations too helped the police in cracking the case. Our teams are conducting raids to arrest rest of the accused while we have also recovered the weapons used by the two boys in commiting the crime," said IG Rohtak range.
SSP Rohtak Shashank Anand reiterated that it was property dispute was mainly the cause of murder. Ashok Kaka and Sonis were fighting legal battle over the ownership of 1146 square yard plot in the posh locality of Rohtak city.
"In January police had sealed that property as the dispute between the two parties had turned violent, Anand said adding that later Soni brothers had secretly sold off the same to realtor Sunil and his partners and the latter were told to make the payment after they managed to get possession from Ashok Kaka," said SSP.
The boys work for the Sunil kumar who is also in the business of money lending.All three are school drop outs and work for them, added Anand.
