This is the second time in recent months, the Monkey God has found himself in legal trouble in Bihar.
In February a court in Bihar's Rohtas had issued a summons to Lord Hanuman to appear before it, in a land encroachment case.
Lord Hanuman is not alone when it comes to facing the law, a lawyer, again from Bihar had approached the judiciary against Lord Ram for abandoning his wife Sita.
