3 US-bound students get Rs.2 lakh each

Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has sanctioned Rs. 2 lakh each to three students of Telangana who will participate in a competition to be organised by the National Space Society (NSS) of the US, at San Juan Puertorico, from May 18 to 22.

The students Stella Kumar of Hyderabad, D. Madhavi of Ranga Reddy district and V. Saisoumya of Adilabad are from IIIT at Idupulapaya in Kadapa district. The students were invited by the NSS to take part in space settlement design competitions, a release said.
