Academy Award Winning actor Eddie Redmayne introduced the trailer for the much awaited Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them during the MTV Movie Awards on April 10 and fans instantly recognized a well-known name from the Harry Potter septology: Albus Dumbledore.

Now that some details for the Newt Scamander centric film are finally out, two of the actors involved in the film—a witch and a No-maj—sat down and gave another tidbit that may excite fans of the Harry Potter franchise even more: we may just get to see younger versions of some old characters we met in the books and films.

Alison Sudol who plays the witch, Queenie Goldstein, and Dan Fogler who plays no-maj Jacob Kowalski revealed that there is a possibility of seeing a young Albus Dumbledore in the film.

"As the stories go along, you will hear mention of your favorite characters... And you may meet their young counterparts along the way," Fogler said.

Somebody take out the Butterbeer and Firewhisky!

We already know from the trailer that Newt Scamander was expelled from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry for endangering human life with a beast and that it was the Transfigurations teacher who argued strongly against it. The voice of Percival Graves, played by Colin Farrell, even wondered why Professor Dumbledore is so fond of Newt.

Those who grew up with the Harry Potter universe should already know that Professor Dumbledore is one kooky wizard in spite of all his achievements but the Deathly Hallows proved that he was not always this way. In short, with Fogler's revelation, we may just get to see—if J.K. Rowling and Director David Yates permit— the younger Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore that none of Harry's generation has seen or know about.

While they are at it, it would not be too bad if we also get to see a young Minerva McGonagall.

The first film in the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them trilogy will reach Muggle and No-Maj cinemas on November 18.
