Subodh and Deepti in a live-in relationship?

Girish Mohite, Subodh Bhave and Sanjay Pawar team up for a film again after four years.
They say three is a crowd, however in this case, it was a fun-filled ride. Director Girish Mohite (of 'Yek Number' and 'Bharatiya' fame) has teamed up with writer Sanjay Pawar and actor Subodh Bhave after four years. The trio made 'Bharatiya', a Marathi film in the year 2012, which went on to receive rave reviews.
Their next film 'Aati Lagu' will see Subodh Bhave and Deepti Devi in the lead, while the supporting cast includes Atul Parchure, Radhika Harshe, Atisha Naik and Milind Pathak among others. The script is by Sanjay Pawar and music is composed by Avinash-Vishwajeet.
Based on live-in relationships, the crux of the story is commitment. Girish says, "Today, relationships are frivolous and young couples are scared of commitments. However, there comes a time in everyone's life when one needs a companion. 'Aati Lagu' is about this and more."
The film is slated for an August release. Girish enjoys both the medium of direction and believes television and films provide enough scope to experiment and explore. "You cannot compare these mediums. Each has its own potential. I enjoy filming for both,"adds Girish.
