Four leopard skins recovered, godman held in Solan

Solan, Apr 21 (UNI) The sleuths of state unit of Criminal Investigations Department (CID) today arrested a self-styled godman and recovered four skins of leopard from his ‘Asharm’ at Ruda village of Tundal Gram Panchayat under Kandaghat police station in this district.
A team lead by Inspector Virender Chauhan comprising of Sub Inspector Vijay Kumar, ASI Chung Ram, ASI Sewak Ram and Head Constable Raj Kumar following a tip-off raided the temple complex in the village and recovered the skins measuring between 5 feet to 6.5 feet from the possession of the alleged accused Amar Dev, stated to be resident of Rajsathan.
Sub Inspector Vijay Kumar said the raid was carried out in the forenoon and during the search, the skins were recovered that were lying in the temple complex.
