The Portrait of the Sisters is a short film by Rushka Bergman, starring sisters Allegra and Miranda Stewart.

The film sought to capture the classical, expressive beauty of the sisters  ,   as well as the depth of their individual characters.

Their refined features and fierce intellect, reminiscent of a portrait, inspired the director to draw a black and white sketch of the girls’ pure emotion and intense sisterly bond.

The sisters’ unique personalities are depicted through their contrasting expressions and attire.

Allegra is worldly and elegant in her long black lace dress and velvet    jacket, which was inspired by Victorian times.

Her younger sister, Miranda, shyly raises her eyes, waiting to be found in the forest. Stylishly dressed up in a long silk black dress and a green velvet jacket with golden floral embroidery.

In the final scenes of the film, The Portrait of the Sisters, the swan embodies the innocence of the sisters’ beauty, love, and souls.
