PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s mixed doubles pair Tan Kian Meng-Lai Pei Jing stopped bad vibes from spoiling their outing at the China Masters badminton tournament.

Despite not having the best of preparation, especially when they even felt really down when testing the court on Monday, the world No. 66 stunned world No. 20 Riky Widianto-Puspita Richi of Indonesia to reach the second round on Tuesday.
