Fifteen of the rescheduling and the lone cancellation are for Wednesday.Four of the rescheduling are for Thursday.
1 flight cancelled, 19 rescheduled
Thiruvananthapuram: As many as 19 domestic and international flights at the Trivandrum airport have been rescheduled and one cancelled in view of the ritualistic 'Arattu' procession marking the culmination of the 10-day long Painguni festival at the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple on Wednesday. The procession is taken out across the airfield to conclude at the Shankhumukham beach.

Fifteen of the rescheduling and the lone cancellation are for Wednesday. Four of the rescheduling are for Thursday.
The flights rescheduled are the Jet Airways services to Dammam (Wednesday) and Muscat (Thursday); Indigo services to Kolkata via Bengaluru (Wednesday), to Dubai (Wednesday), to Hyderabad via Chennai (Wednesday) and to Bengaluru (Wednesday); Air Pegasus service to Bengaluru (Wednesday); and Maldivian International to Male (Wednesday).
Air India and Air India Express have rescheduled their Wednesday's services to Sharjah, Mumbai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat and Dubai. The other flights rescheduled are the Air India service to Chennai (Thursday), Etihad service to Abu Dhabi (Wednesday) and Air Arabia service to Sharjah (Wednesday).
The Indigo flight from Hyderabad to Delhi via Chennai, Trivandrum and Kochi is the one that has been cancelled. tnn
