Crorepati pharmacist in vigilance net

Koraput: Vigilance sleuths recovered disproportionate assets of over Rs 1 crore from the possession of Ashok Kumar Patra, pharmacist of Narayanpur sub-health centre under Kalyansinghpur block in Rayagada district during a raid on his office and residence on Tuesday.
At least three separate teams of officials conducted the raids, said SP (vigilance) S B Mishra.According to the SP, disproportionate assets include a double-storied building in Rayagada worth Rs 24,42,930, a single-storey building at Kalyansinghpur worth Rs 13,77,000, gold ornaments worth Rs 5,60,000, a four-wheeler and household articles of around Rs 5 lakh.
