Hoax caller arrested

Kanpur: The hoax caller, who allegedly called up BJP MLA Satish Mahana on Monday, informing him that a bomb has been planted in his school at Chakeri will explode soon, was arrested on Tuesday.
The caller has been identified as Krishna Kumar alias Sheelu, hailing from Tilaunji village in Derapur area of Kanpur Dehat. The police have recovered two mobile phones and two SIM cards from his possession.
During investigation, the location of the caller was traced to Akbarpur area of Kanpur Dehat district. The investigators picked him up for interrogation and he was arrested by Chakeri police, SSP Shalabh Mathur said.
