Interestingly, the film's background score has been created by French composer Mathias Duplessy. Afzal says that despite hailing from a different background, the musician managed to comprehend the nuances of Indian culture. 'We worked on the background score and the song through a jamming session on Skype when Mathias was in Paris. Even though he didn't understand the language, he perfectly understood the mood of the film.'
