Michels has been promoted to General Counsel and Regulatory Affairs Expert, and Ms. Erika Porcelli has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development.

Formerly Ms. Michels served as RCA's Associate General Counsel. As a corporate executive and attorney with over 14 years of experience institutionalizing global regulatory compliance in highly regulated markets, Ms. Michels now leads RCA's growing regulatory segment and Legal Department.

Ms. Erika Porcelli served as Director of RCA's Business Development prior to her promotion to Vice President. Ms. Porcelli now leads RCA's global sales team, leveraging her 13 years' experience in account management and revenue generation.
