Watch coach Vitali Laurentide save gymnast Cadence Tuite during an uneven-bars slip and then tumble beautifully to avoid her.
According to outlets, the incident happened during warmups for the recent Women's Artistic Gymnastics Ontario Championships in Canada.
“I knew I was falling, but when he was rolling with me, I didn't know what was going on,” Tuite told Inside Edition in the clip above.
If there were an Olympics for spotters, Laurentide would be the gold medalist.
